PRE-PAINTED METAL - ColorCote® BAKED-ON PAINT SYSTEM

ColorCote® ZR8™

Hot dipped Galvalume® steel coil AZ150 coating. Manufactured to AS1397:1993. Pretreated with a corrosion resistant chromate conversion coating, primed with flexible corrosion resistant chromated primer and finished with flexible exterior acrylic polyester or modified polyester. Best suited to mild and moderate inland environments.

ColorCote® ZRX™

The PVF2 top coat used for ColorCote® ZRX™ provides coil coated products of unequalled colour durability. Ideal for exterior uses where there is a requirement for high formability and corrosion resistance combined with excellent colour and gloss retention. It is best suited to environments such as severe marine, geothermal and industrial sites where there is a high risk of corrosion. ColorCote® ZRX™ top coat contains not less than 70% PVF2 resin in the dry paint film.

ColorCote® ZRX™ and ColorCote® ZR8™ are produced on a Galvalume®/Zincalume® substrate.

The pre-painted metal finishes offered by Continuous Spouting are manufactured in New Zealand specifically for New Zealand conditions. The coatings have been developed after extensive scientific research and testing. Characterised by their hard wearing durability and long term colourfast retention, these coatings are backed by comprehensive warranties.

ALUMINIUM

ColorCote® ARX™

A highly durable and corrosion resistant product, with high formability, designed for very severe marine applications. ColorCote® ARX™ is a 70% PVF2 top coat (the same as ZRX™), on an aluminium substrate. It will provide premium durability and weatherability under adverse environmental conditions.
